Andor star Diego Luna is return returning to the Walt Disney Disney Company for Disney’s live action Tangled.
Character details are being kept under wraps but some say his character would be a new addition not featured in the animated original. Luna joins a cast that includes Teagan Croft who is set to play Rapunzel, Milo Manheim, who is set to play Flynn Rider and Katherine Hahn, who will play the villain Mother Gothel.
Better Man and The Greatest Showman director Michael Gracey is directing the Tangled remake.
Disney’s live-action Tangled is expecting to shoot in early June 2026 in Spain and the United Kingdom but could be delayed depending on the casting for the feature film.
