It’s August, Oogie Boogie Bashes have started, and that means….Disneyland Christmas news!! Yes, today we got some big drops coming to the Disneyland Resort this winter. Holidays at Disneyland Resort will kick off Nov. 13, 2026 and will continue through Jan. 6, 2027, bringing all the jolly & festive magic that we love back to Walt’s park and beyond!
Of course returning favorites to Disneyland will be the tradtional Christmas tree at Town Square, Sleeping Beauty Castle decorated with Christmas beauty, especially at night. Also, fan favorites “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” & “Believe… In Holiday Magic” fireworks show.

There are some exciting new things coming as well! Starting with brand new Christmas outfits for Mickey, Minnie, and friends. Keep your eyes oopen for them throughout Main Street U.S.A. Don’t forget to visit Santa at his new location at Mickey’s Toontown Trolley Barn, near Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin. There is also a new themed guided tour called Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour, where you can discover favorite Disneyland holiday traditions, hear heartwarming stories about Walt Disney and his family, enjoy reserved viewing for “A Christmas Fantasy Parade,” and more. More details available soon at Disneyland.com. And don’t forget about the great attraction overlays such as “Haunted Mansion Holiday” and “It’s a Small World Holiday“.

DCA is also bringing back their amazing, classic decorations and entertainment! My personal favorite “Viva Navid” returns and “World of Color-Season of Light”. On select days on Buena Vista Street, revel in the spirit of the holidays during “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel!“ where Miguel from Pixar’s Coco and Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland perform joyous bilingual holiday music. “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season” also returns on select days, featuring Mirabel and her friends from Disney Animation favorite Encanto.

Festival of the Holidays also returns so don’t forget to get you Sip & Savor Pass to enjoy 6 Marketpalces with new and returning holiday food & drinks. And don’t skip on a great offerings throughout Downtown Disney and Resort Hotels like holiday overlays for Goofy’s Kitchen & Storyteller’s Cafe featuring Mickey’s Christmas Carol.

Christmas time at the Disneyland Resort is such a magical time and a must do! Stay tuned here for more information.
