Official Release Date Announced for Disney’s ‘Jungle Cruise’

During the Walt Disney Studios panel at this year’s D23 Expo, it was finally revealed when we will be seeing Disney’s Jungle Cruise take off in theaters.

It was announced that the official release date of the upcoming live-action film will be on July 24th, 2020. It is sure to become another successful summer blockbuster for Disney.

The synopsis of the film is: “Based on Disneyland’s theme park ride where a small riverboat takes a group of travelers through a jungle filled with dangerous animals and reptiles, but with a supernatural element.” Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt will be playing the lead characters.
