John Krasinski has been everyone’s top choice for playing Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four reboot. Amongst those fan-casts, his real-life wife, Emily Blunt as gotten equal love on playing Sue Storm aka Invisible Woman. Sadly, no official word on the movie has been announced, but it will eventually grace our screens.

Krasinski got together with TotalFilm to discuss their latest issue and the interview quickly turns to Fantastic Four.

“You’re like, ‘Do you have any interest in not shattering people’s dreams?'” Krasinski says with a grin. “I would love to be in the Marvel universe. I love those movies because they’re fun, but I also think they’re really well done. And certainly a lot of my friends are in those movies. I have no idea what [Marvel] are thinking. But if they are considering me for Mr. Fantastic, continue to consider me because I would love it.” -TotalFilm

All we need now is for Marvel Studios to be on board, fingers crossed!
