Tessa Thompson Confirms Christian Bale Will Play A Villain In ‘Thor: Love And Thunder’

Valkyrie herself, Tessa Thompson has confirmed Christian Bale will be playing a villain in Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder. Earlier this year, reports surfaced that the Dark Knight star was in talks to join the highly-anticipated fourth film in the Thor franchise. While details on the character were not given, and still remain under wraps, fans have been speculating that Bale could play the villain. While being interviewed on Entertainment Tonight, Tessa Thompson didn’t reveal too much but shared her excitement for the film and Bale’s involvement: “We’re gonna have fun. We’re gonna have fun. Taika is writing, directing. Some familair faces, some new people into the mix. We will also see Korg (played and voiced by Waititi) and his best friend and roommate Miek. Christian Bale is also in talks for an undisclosed role, but rumors have recently surfaced that the Dark Knight star could possibly be playing a villain. Plot details are being kept under wraps at this time. Thor: Love and Thunder will begin production this Summer after Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in at Fox Studios in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
