Just days after The Walt Disney Company made the huge announcement that both Disneyland and Walt Disney World’s Splash Mountain attraction would get a Princess and the Frog retheme, the Oriental Land Company (OLC) is reportedly discussing a retheme for their version of the attraction as well.

According to a report from asahi.com, officials for the OCL are in the early stages of discussions about whether or not Splash Mountain at Tokyo Disneyland should be rethemed; discussions began after the OCL saw the announcement that the U.S. attractions would be rethemed.
The report does not specify if Tokyo Disneyland is considering a Princess and the Frog retheme or a completely different retheme, something we’ve seen before with attractions across Disney’s international parks.
