Across the Spider-Verse is no more! Or at least, Part 2 is anyway.

Sony has just revealed that the third entry in its feature animated Spider-Verse franchise will no longer be titled Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part 2, but rather Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

The announcement was made during Sony’s CinemaCon panel, alongside footage of Across the Spider-Verse and the revelation that Bad Bunny would also be starring in his own Spider-Verse film.

Just last week Sony announced that the Across the SpiderVerse was being pushed back from this upcoming October to next June.
