Everyone’s favorite little sidekick Grogu is coming back next year in The Mandalorian season 3, but we are getting him sooner thanks to Funko’s 2022 lineup of products in celebration of the Grogu Pop!-inspired balloon’s second flight at this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
Available on Funko.com, and inspired by the Funko Pop! inspired Grogu balloon, the new assortment includes apparel and a Pop! Deluxe figure. A special addition to the 2022 product assortment, the limited-edition Pop! Deluxe figure commemorates the Funko team/balloon handlers who walked alongside the 41-foot high, 29-foot long, and 37-foot wide balloon in their series-inspired outfits, adding pop culture magic to the Parade for Funko and Star Wars fans in 2021.
Catch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade starting Thursday, November 24 at 9 a.m. ET/PT on NBC and Peacock. The network will air an encore telecast at 2 p.m. ET.
The Mandalorian season 3 will see returning stars Pedro Pascal, Giancarlo Esposito, Carl Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Katee Sackhoff, and Taika Waititi. Newcomers to the cast include Christopher Lloyd and Jim O’Heir. The third season will launch exclusively on Disney+ in February 2023 and is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Rick Famuyiwa, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. A fourth season is already in the works.
