Kevin Feige Claims ‘Captain Marvel’ Will Be A “Different Type Of Origin Story”

‘Captain Marvel’ is only a few months away and the hype is slowly growing. In an interview with Variety, they caught up with Kevin Fegie to ask him about Marvel’s first female lead film. He describes it as a “different type of origin story” and will excite fans. What we’ve got from the teaser trailer confirms that this will be a different formula compared to previous films.
“It takes place in the 1990s and while it is an origin story of our hero, it is a very different type of origin story which we’re excited to unveil to audiences. Brie Larson does a tremendous job. Sam Jackson is a very different version of Nick Fury, does an amazing job, the entire cast — this one is very different and very exciting,”
Kevin Fegie’s excitement for this movie adds to the excitement of Marvel fans and film lovers alike. A new trailer is sure to drop in the coming months and will offer new footage at our new heroine superhero. ’Captain Marvel’ hits theaters March 8, 2019. Source: Variety READ FOR MORE:
