Spider-Man: Far From Home is only two weeks away from hitting theaters, and based on the first social media critic reactions, it seems fans of both Spider-Man and the MCU will have a blast when they finally get to see it. Brandon Davis from ComicBook.com tweeted it was “an absolute home run” while FOX 5’s Kevin McCarthy says it “dethroned Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2” for his favorite Spider-Man film.
Others like SYFY’s Preeti Chhibber say her “jaw dropped and then dropped again” with Cinema Blend’s Sean O’Connell echoing her statements tweeting fans will “flip out” over the “most shocking ending in a Spider-Man movie ever.”
On top of the social media reactions, it was confirmed that unlike Avengers: Endgame, Far From Home will have two post-credit scenes attached.
Starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jon Favreau, Cobie Smulders, and Samuel L. Jackson, Far From Home swings into theaters July 2nd.
