Christian Bale To Reportedly Play A Villain In ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’

Ever Since reports surfaced that Christian Bale (The Dark Knight) was in talks to join Thor: Love and Thunder, the big mystery was who was he going to play? Well, thanks to a new report we may have an idea. According to The Illuminerdi, Bale would play an intergalactic villain (likely motion capture role) in the next chapter of the Thor franchise. As of now, Bale remains in negotiations, so nothing is official as of yet. Read: Disney+’s ‘Ms. Marvel’ Shooting Details Revealed Director Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok) returns alongside stars Chris Hemsworth as the titular character, Tessa Thompson as Valkryie, and Natalie Portman, as Jane Foster, who will become the Goddess of Thunder. It is possible we will see Korg’s friend and roommate Miek too, but that has not been confirmed at this time.
Thor: Love and Thunder will begin production this Summer after Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in at Fox Studios in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The film is set to hit theaters on November 5, 2021. Source: The Illuminerdi
